Can my ex put my child on his new wife's health insurance?

My ex is going to put my child on his new wife's insurance... Can he do that? I think I have issues w/ it.... Can my ex put my child on his new wife's health insurance?I don't believe so but I'm not sure...but I feel ya I wouldn't be comfortable with that at all. Why can't he put your child on his own?Can my ex put my child on his new wife's health insurance?
Maybe she has better coverage. Why would you have a problem with your child having medical insurance? I don't understand what the issue is.Can my ex put my child on his new wife's health insurance?if he claims that child, yes. my father claimed me on taxes, and my mother claimed my brother on taxes, so we were on the health insurance for each of them.
Yes - We are putting my step son on my insurance. If the mother doesn't like it she is welcome to pay for him to have additional coverage out of her own pocket.

If you aren't paying for it who are you to complain about it?

Be thankful there is another person in your child's life who loves them! Can my ex put my child on his new wife's health insurance?who has parental rights? IF both of you...then yes he can.Can my ex put my child on his new wife's health insurance?
Here is my thoughts...from experience. Unless your insurance plan pays for 100% of absolutely everything, it is never a bad idea to have additional coverage.

Another thing...he she has insurance coverage for her own children it usually doesn't cost extra to add another child.

And the very best answer of all .....If you have a deductible and your insurance is primary, your ex's insurance will pick up the rest and could very well cover the deductible you would normally have to pay out of your own pocket. I hope that made sense. I have found this to be the case on more than one occasion with my children. This is my personal favorite since he is a deadbeat and I don't get much out of him any other time.
It never hurts to have extra insurance. I have a daughter that isn't with me and we are trying to do the same thing. Extra insurance will cover copays ect, that the first policy doesn't cover. Also, there may be a time when you loose your insurance, this way the child will still be covered. Can my ex put my child on his new wife's health insurance?
To Be honest,It will take a little time to find the answer for the question of yours.have a look at the resource here http://www.HealthInsuranceIdeas.info/free-online-health-insurance.htm for your reference .

Yes. Your child is her step son and therefore eligible for insurance through her employer sponsored health plan.
