Does anyone have experience with effect of Carcinosin on Chidren's health?

Our child is 3 1/2. In the last year he has been showing difficulties with improvement in his speech in comparison to his progress when he was only 2. He has a problem following instuctions/focusing, that seem excessive at times. Currently he is with a speech therapist, however, the problem seems to have some behavioral aspects to it. (increased levels of frustration. Refusal to try new experiences) We have read articles of children that had some of the same symptoms and that's how we arrived at Homeopaty. However, the information on homeopaty seems very sketchy and unclear.
