I fail to see your point. The health care law is not about feeding kids. It is about getting them immunizations, dental care and treatment should they become ill. A huge number of low income kids have asthma as a result of having to live indoors constantly due to unsafe neighborhoods, and a large number of them have lead poisoning or other preventable health problems.
