How many of you believe in inter-religious marriages (mainly Hindu and Muslim religions) ?

I personally believe, their is no harm in this. If a Guy and a girl love each other beyond the religious restrictions. Means they decide to respect and co-operate with each others religious and cultural feelings. And I am very much sure on this that True lovers can sacrifice everything for their love.

It can also help to develop understandings between the religions by knowing and respecting each others religion.

It can also prevent mankind from destruction, riots, terrorism and religious fallacies.

How many of you believe in inter-religious marriages (mainly Hindu and Muslim religions) ?I don't think there's any harm either. In fact, I like the idea a lot because it shows the two individuals are open minded enough and accepting enough to think outside of their own beliefs.

I believe in inter-religious marriages... In fact...I'm muslim..And my bro's wife is Christian and my bro's muslim..

A Muslim man is not permitted to marry a Hindu woman. It doesn't matter what you or anyone else thinks about there being any "harm" in it. Muslim men are only permitted to marry Christian and Jewish women. This is clear in the Quran.



Muslim women are not permitted to marry anyone other than Muslim men. Again, it doesn't matter what you or anyone else thinks, it's clearly stated in the Quran.



If a man wants to marry a Hindu woman, he should tell her about Islam, and if she accepts Islam, then he can marry her. Otherwise, he should move on. It is not permissible, and that is all that should matter.



Our faith should matter more than anything else. The life in this world is temporary; the next life is the one that goes on forever. sweety the fact remains that muslim women ( by muslim law) can only muslim guys,,,, but i dont mind if a muslim guy want to marry a non muslim except if she doesn't believe in god
I'm a strong believer in it. I think that the love is only better if you can respect eachother for everything. I wouldn't care what religion the guy I marry has, so long as he's a good person. I think that the more we become friends with eachother, the less discrimination there will be.

It can be done, I know people who have done it, but there is always going to be conflicts. Most of the conflicts are external to the couple, i.e., family beliefs and friends telling them what is right or wrong.
