What do you do when you need someone to watch your child but no one is available?

Everyone in my life who I trust to watch my daughter has a career, so when I have a doctor's appointment that can't be chaged (I have a lot of health issues) what are my options? I have to take them with me everywhere because I don't have anyone I trust that is not busy. I have gone to appointments with all 4 of them and it works out well. You just have to get used to the idea of taking your daughter with you. I take snacks and a few toys to keep them entertained. If they are good they get a prize. this sucks. im guessing your baby isnt in daycare, because we usually scehdule appointments for when our son is in daycare so we dont have to bring him. i would just bring the baby with me. or maybe see if you can schedule the appointments around others schedules too.What do you do when you need someone to watch your child but no one is available?Ask the doc office if you can bring your kid with you. I mean unless it's a place where it deals with sensitive matters what's the issue? I brought my son with me during a check up to test for IBS. I had no choice.
Take your child with you. I had hemorrhoids and had to take my son (1 yr). Not the most excellent situation in the world but you gotta do what you gotta do. But it will cost something, do you know any neighbors well enough. Or you might think of trying to get appointments on family members day off or after work. Bring them with you or take your child to a daycare. Most daycares have drop-in rates where you can just drop them off when you need to.
I always took my daughter with me to appointments. I'd take along a few snacks, small toys, books, etc. to keep her occupied.
Use a drop in daycare if you don't want to take her with you.
