Do you realize that innocent children will suffer and die because their parents couldn't afford insurance? You may think that those parents should have tried harder at making money and that it is their fault, which I can understand why you would think that, as I once did myself. However, what really happens is those parents whom of which are mostly perfectly legal citizens, are working as hard as they can for often long hours, and those private insurance companies are actually making up false reasons to deny coverage for those people. They do this because they would rather save some money that they can easily spare, rather than save a helpless child's life.Tea Partiers: Why do you want to repeal the health care bill?Wise up. Read the bill, too. In fact, any child can go to any hospital and get free care right now. TODAY.

Read the bill. It forms so many committees, paper pushers, "formulary boards" and on and on that funnels the money to paper pushers and NOT to medical care.

Persons over 65 who are sick are denied care because they are deemed 'not to have much quality life anyway, so let 'em die!!!"

The bill is a nightmare and did not address any of the reforms that needed to be made.

I am just as upset as you are and I gave all those other answers a thumbs down. I am appalled by the insurance companies move today to not cover seriously ill children. Those people who responded do not know the facts about health care. I posted a couple of things like your question. Insurance companies have reneged on their agreement to cover sick kids and have gone beyond the pale with this despicable action not to sell childrens policies. What will happen in 4 years when they have to cover terminally ill adults? I agree with you totally.
