What are Your opinion on the swine flu vaccination for children ,without underlying health problems.?

I personally think it is a wise decision to vaccinate healthy children against swine flu as well as all childhood diseases. Vaccinations will always have some side effects, but more devastating would be uncontrolled outbreaks of diseases that could effect those children who are not so lucky as to have good health, and if they contracted the illness, could become seriously ill or even die from it. Children are more likely to be exposed due to attending public schools and interactions with many other children who may have been exposed or even are ill while attending school. I think I would want to protect my child and would go ahead with the vaccine. I would think about it the same way you think about the normal childhood vaccines that schools require your child to have in order to attend - this has become standard practice and has been shown to prevent the spread of illness in children. I am not one of those who are prone to conspiracy theories about the hazards of "untested" vaccines - polio used to be very prevalent, as did measles and chickenpox; all are now much less prolific because of the use of vaccines, with polio and measles being virtually eliminated. I know that some of those children will develop health problems from the vaccine. All vaccines are bad,all vaccines are untested for effectiveness (as no double blind placebo studies are done)

They are not properly tested for safety, you can't sue the manufacturers if they screw you up .

With swine flu vaccine the safety leaflets contradict themselves, the inserts in the vaccine packages say it not safe for some groups and these are the groups that they want to have it.

Don't risk a child's health so that these people can get rich while they practise their Eugenics.

Its the declared aim of the cfr, trilateral copmission and bilderburgers to depopulate this planet.

ask yourself this question. has vaccines done anything to help you. for example. i dont get vaccinated and i havnt gotten the flu in years. i know people who get vaccinated and get sick regularly. i dated a girl who was always sick and she always got a flu vaccine. ive never had one. my sisters BF got the swine flu this year and none of us got sick. he comes over all the time. what we do is keep it simple and eat good healthy food. immune boosting foods. fresh vegetables and less processed crap. im all against vaccines cause ive not seen any evidence they work,. and not to mention the many complications that have risen from them. we have a body that can fight off illnesses. the number 1 reason why people died from viruses before vaccines was sanitation. and the number 1 reason reason why really poor countries die from viruses is lack of sanitation. its not some shot that will save their lives. its soap and clean water. fresh healthy food. thats what does it. look at the amish community. most do not vaccinate their children and they do not have 1 single case of autism. not 1. statistically this would be impossible. just do some more research before you jump the gun here. personally i wouldnt get it or any other.What are Your opinion on the swine flu vaccination for children ,without underlying health problems.?I'd say the ones who should definitely get it are one with underlying problems. In Ireland and Northern Ireland ( 5 million people in all) the main people dying ( about 40) are pregnant women and people with cystic fibrosis and ( minorly) asthmatics with bad asthma

No one else really has although I guess a lot of the near dead are kids alright i.e. the ones in intensive care. But they seem to survive after 2-3 months on ventilation. As a vaccine specialist I can tell you that there really is no point you coming here and asking members of the public for their opinions on vaccines. This is a specialist subject, and I can see that some of the answers you have been given are plainly wrong.



Go see your practice nurse, health visitor or GP.



For what it's worth, if my own child were under 5 years of age and eligible for a swine flu vaccine he would have been taken for one.
I think that the vaccine makes people more prone to the flu !

That's because i never took the flu vaccine and never got the flu.

But my friends that have taken it all their life get the flu a lot and have developed health conditions later on.

If I had young kids they would be getting the vaccine- Not that im scared of swine flu, all this scaremongering about SF and the jag is so typical of the ignorance of society. Yeah people die of swine flu but hundreds more die from seasonal flu and there isn't this huge uproar about that.

Anyway, regardless of all the rumours about the vaccination being unsafe- who REALLY thinks that the government would knowingly allow children and vulnerable adults to be injected with a substance which is unsafe?? Think of the consequences if it that was discovered. I know there are questions about MRI but look at the stats and facts before jumping on the bandwagon. The vaccine is safe, and how guilty would you feel if your kid ended up ill and miserable with swine flu (it also hits kids harder and more likely to be seriously ill than adults) if you had turned down the vaccine based on scaremongering rumours? Its your own choice but from personal experience I can tell you that I had the vaccine (I have 3 respiratory conditions, use a nebuliser 5 times a day - have very low immunity and catch every bug going, had meningitis 3 months ago....am generally sickly) My partner got swine flu (confirmed by blood test for work research purposes) I didn't even get a runny nose....
