Question about parents covering children under the new health care bill.?

My brother is 19 almost 20. He was taken off my fathers insurance when he turned 19 and now he is wondering, with this new health care bill, does our father have to put him back on the insurance since they will cover him until he is 26. I'm married so I assume that I can't be put back on, but it was just something we were wondering...Question about parents covering children under the new health care bill.?Your father doesn't HAVE to put him back on the insurance.
