If you overdose on gummy vitamins and don't die what are the effects to your health?

I was wondering that if a child or adult overdosed on zippy zoo gummy vitamins with 84% vitamin A and didn't die from the overdose what would the effects to their health be afterwardsIf you overdose on gummy vitamins and don't die what are the effects to your health? The vitamins other than Vitamins A, D, E and K, and iron would be detoxified by the liver, and excreted by the kidneys.
Overdose of iron can be fatal to a child, rather easily, so any substantial overdose should be seen by the child's pediatrician or the Emergency Room.
Slight overdose of fat soluble vitamins such as A, D, E and K, may not be significant, but in excess of a few tablets, the child or adult could be at risk of developing
Hypervitaminosis A
or
Hypervitaminosis D
or
Hypervitaminosis E
or
Hypervitaminosis K

Hypervitaminosis D can cause nausea, vomiting,
and KIDNEY DAMAGE

Hypervitaminosis A is said to cause skin discoloration, and long term enlarged hands and feet. This is unlikely following one small episode of overdosage.

Small excessive dosing of E and K are felt to be undesirable, but overdose symptoms, other than potential nausea and vomiting are not clear.

Best wishes. If you overdose on gummy vitamins and don't die what are the effects to your health?THey are a children's vitamin for taste, and no complaints, not very affective, and are purposely made to avoid thinking they are actual gummy bears that you can eat all the time. So if you eat too many, you probably will not notice any vital side affects. If you overdose on gummy vitamins and don't die what are the effects to your health? You'll pee it all out and/or be really constipated especially if there's iron.
