My brother mentioned that states that have child health care insurance systems, are being abused. I find that hard to believe.. but I could be wrong.. I am sure there are some abuse (as in pretty much all systems) but not to extent that he was mentioning.
The only way I can think of at the moment is the hospitals, doctors and other staff.. not that I think they are crooks.. it is just that some will be..How much have child care insurances have been abused? And how are they abused?they jack up prices, submit duplicate billing for same services, file false claims, hire high-paying executives and administrators causing excess overheard cost, etc., etc.,
