This matching program offers states a variety of options, including expanded Medicaid coverage, enrollment of uninsured children in health plans by private health insurers, or direct provision of health services to children.
So is this program a bad thing ? Some people criticize Hillary Clinton all the time...But do they really know what she has done as a first Lady, as a senator, ?Hillary Clinton and Children's Health plan ?She certainly did NOTHING in 1997 other than talk about it.
