Even though Im too young to think about this, I've wondered about having a kid in the future. But not marry.



I dont want to have a sperm donation, and I've made up my mind to have a friend share my future kid's DNA. He doesnt mind, he says(He's still in love with me, even when we've broken up).



Remember, this is hypothetical. He might marry in the future and my plans would go blip.



Im wondering, would law require him to pay up for part of my child's Care? I dont want to inconvienient him, and I want to have the reponsibility to myself(maybe hire a nanny, too).

Ask a sperm bank if he can donate for the sole purpose of inseminating you - that way all the legal documents are in place to keep him off the hook if that's how you and he really want that.

Yes he can be made to pay child support one way or the other. If you file for any governmental assitant for your child the governemtn will go after the father for reimbursement of whatever funds they give to you and usually the government also charges interest.Health Care and illegitmate child?
