Are shakey hands a sign of bad health?

Ive always had shakey hands for as long as I can remember. Even when I was a child painting in art class I couldnt hold tham still. Its very noticeable and really annoying. Could this be a sign that im in bad health? have you been tested for Parkinsons? alternatively you could be constantly dehydrated. Maybe diabetic?
