Why does America rank lowest in "Health Care Performance"?

behind Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand and the United Kingdom?

According to the study just released by American Public Health Association:

We are 27th in life expectancy

21st in child health ranking (infant mortality and low birth weight)

BUT we spend TWICE as much money per person than those other countries.

Why?

Why does America rank lowest in "Health Care Performance"?Because most people can't afford health care and those that do pay out the *** for it. Why does America rank lowest in "Health Care Performance"?
The easiest thing to say is that most of the world has universal health care. The people who do have insurance live long.

About the Infant Mortality Rate, America has different environmental conditions. We also have a high teenage pregnancy rate/addiction problems. So that can explain why things are the way we are.Why does America rank lowest in "Health Care Performance"?Because we simply don't care about helping women carry, birth and have healthy children. If we did, we would at minimum have universal child health care. A Medicare extended to pregnant mothers and younger children (including dental) would make a HUGE difference. Why does America rank lowest in "Health Care Performance"?
Because the resources go to corporate profits instead of improving care. Why does America rank lowest in "Health Care Performance"?all the processed food pork rinds beer and chips and soda might have something to do with it our health care is better than the rest but our life styles suck. Why does America rank lowest in "Health Care Performance"?
Bad, unhealthy habits
