If a mother commits perjury during a court proceeding for child custody, does that help the father at all?

The mother of my son has filed a motion of support in the courts and stated that she is receiving no monetary support from myself although I have proof that she has been since the day my son was born. She also stated she was not receiving any public assistance although she is receiving health care paid for by the state and food stamps as well. She also stated she is receiving no other money although she is receiving child support for her other child from that childs father. If a mother commits perjury during a court proceeding for child custody, does that help the father at all?IT should help the father if he is representing himself honestly ...and NOT also lying about things.

I really hate the games people play re child support and payments... I hate how SOME women play the victim when they are NOT the victim.....and I hate how some men really have to bust their balls to see their kids and be in their lives when SOME women use their kids as pawns...

HAVING said that ... I KNOW some men do the same thing :(

tis just a pity that more effort doesn't go into making sure the best things are being done for the child than what goes into getting each other back :(

IF YOU ARE THE BETTER PARENT ... May you get custody of your children. If a mother commits perjury during a court proceeding for child custody, does that help the father at all?If she commits perjury during a trial.

The judge will have her arrested. Yes, this

can go against her pretty badly. If a mother commits perjury during a court proceeding for child custody, does that help the father at all?I would think so. Perjury is against the law.If a mother commits perjury during a court proceeding for child custody, does that help the father at all?
if you weren't paying the support through the court system it doesn't count. You sound like you are trying to get out of paying support and I hope that isn't what you are doing. It doesn't matter how much she gets for other children, they are not yours! You support your child not someone else. food stamps and health care are not money that can be claimed.
