Her insurance must be primary, and yours can only be secondary.

You would need to enroll her ... and there would need to be a qualifing event ... not; my wife is pregnant and we like these doctors better, they wont add her for that ... if she lost her job, or benefits, they would add her within 30 days of loss of coverage ... ask HR when Open Enrollment is ...
