I want 1920x1080p, 20-23in, LED(optional), 2ms, and built in speakers.

I want to connect this to my PS3 so keep that in mind and suggest another monitor under $170 if these are not good enough. Also is there a big enough difference between LED and regular LCD to spend extra dough? Is there a big difference between 2ms and 5ms?

It's better for you to buy any product from a well-known vendor on that filed. in case of monitors, I recommend you some brands like Samsung, Sony or LG. in this case I don't like to recommend, but you can search on reviewer sites like

but i don't think so about big difference between 2ms and 5ms!
