in nursingWhat is the health and social care needsfor child/parent with atopic ecezema?my son has atopic ecezma, and he has it severe, he is 12 and has got many creams, ointments and medicines for his skin, he has it all year round without a break. obvisouly we have to buy him cotton clothes and wash his bedding on a regular basis. some foods can trigger it off too so extreme caution is needed. due to alot of bullying when he was in junior school he has no social life other than going to school. i have just enrolled him on a fitness course to help with his social life. he does require alot of help and i am up 2/3 times a night when he is red and sore, he often needs antibiotics. but he also suffers from asthma as well again this is controlled by using inhalers. hope this is the sort of info you were looking for.What is the health and social care needsfor child/parent with atopic ecezema?not sure what you are looking for but a great site i have found is .....tinyurl dot com forward slash ar8lmw, it should give you some great pointers for your needs
