Whats a "normal" amount of food per day?

Here is one of my typical goals for the day:

Breakfast - smoothie

Lunch - orange

Dinner - Ceaser salad.

AND hears what i usually end up having:

Breakfast - smootie

lunch - an orange, 2 cookies, pop tart

Dinner Ceaser Salad.

Snack - cerial, cookie dough, turkey silices (snack foods)

So do i set my goals to unatainable, or im i just bad at following them? and, whats normal?! What do you think is more normal/healthy, the one i try to do, or the one i end up doing?

ANND What dp you think my scedule SHOULD look like? (if i waanna be in shape that is)Whats a "normal" amount of food per day?
I would say you are not planning on eatting enough. Maybe think about adding a lean protein to your breakfast like eggs, cottage cheese, or plain old meat. I oftern have blueberries and a poached egg because I read somewhere it raises your IQ Lol. For snack maybe a bannana.

Lunch try to get in a good deal of fibre in the way of veggies and grains

Supper try mixing more veggies with protein again.

I can't tell you how much you should eat but depending on your size I would estimate trying to get about 25 - 30 grams of fiber per day and a ball park of 50 grams of protein and having at least 2 fruit and 3 veggies a day and more when you get really good. These two things will help you lose weight and fill your tummy in a healthy way.

You really must eat to lose weight otherwise your body will think it is starving and hold on to all of the fat.Whats a "normal" amount of food per day?
Much of that depends on your weight, how much exercise you get, your metabolism ..
