Whats a "normal" amount of food per day?

Here is one of my typical goals for the day:

Breakfast - smoothie

Lunch - orange

Dinner - Ceaser salad.

AND hears what i usually end up having:

Breakfast - smootie

lunch - an orange, 2 cookies, pop tart

Dinner Ceaser Salad.

Snack - cerial, cookie dough, turkey silices (snack foods)

So do i set my goals to unatainable, or im i just bad at following them? and, whats normal?! What do you think is more normal/healthy, the one i try to do, or the one i end up doing?

ANND What dp you think my scedule SHOULD look like? (if i waanna be in shape that is)Whats a "normal" amount of food per day?
Your goal is absurd....it's called starvation. There is no benefit to starvation. Your problem is not eating too much.....your problem is eating too much CRAP! Pop tarts!! Come on. Cookies? Cookie dough? Cereal??? None of this is fit for human consumption. There is also next to no protein in your diet. You're just going to wind up emaciated and train your body to store fat by eating this way. If you have a problem with your body cut that crap out. If you don't you're not serious at all.

There is no such thing as a "normal" amount of food. Your requirements depend on you activity level, metabolism and body weight.Whats a "normal" amount of food per day?
want to know why you can't reach you goals?

becuase that is NOT enough food! your body is hungry.

you need to eat at least 1,500 calories a day, and have snacks.

ix it up a little, having the same meals every day will get old and boringWhats a "normal" amount of food per day?

Mind over matter" get MORE active" you wont have time to think about food look in the mirror often and brush your teeth about 5x a day the cleaner your mouth feels the less you would want to eat"

Good Luck hun"
