Can my employer enroll me in a high costing health,dental,vision program without first notifying me prior to?

well i'm 22 yrs old and my employer received a child support order due to my child mother being on welfare so i had no problem with letting them take out the money for da child support but now a month later i've been enrolled in these high expensive health programs with out being told by both the court and my employer and and my child is already on a health insurance program...can they do this to me?Can my employer enroll me in a high costing health,dental,vision program without first notifying me prior to?It is state law in many states that you must carry insurance on the children, so yes they can. However, when the mother goes to work it becomes a modifiable deduction on the child support.

This is your child and you are responsible for your child. Instead of you doing the right thing upfront, you wasted a ton of tax dollars having to be tracked down. The cost of man hours alone each year for parents like you are probably quite high.
